Today was the opening day of Crufts at the NEC in Birmingham, so a few of us went along to take a look and see some of our friends. Whilst there are bigger issues to discuss and I'd like to do that at a later date, for the time being, here are some interesting photos for you to check out...
Meet Mukey the Komondor - a rare breed (only 40 in the UK) that originates from Hungary as a guarding breed, their hair naturally matts as they get older
Handmade biscuits and goodies from Daisy's Deli
My friend Kerry and Anthony from Natural Instinct chasing me with half a frozen sheep's head- an amazing treat for a dog; not so much for me. Natural Instinct make incredible raw dog food with home delivery
Lovely Ruby the 1yr old SBT who is what a little good natured Staffy should be... Small, compact, fit, lean and good natured. Sadly, they have been used to 'mix' with every other breed so that perceptions of what a SBT is isn't correct
A Sussex Spaniel in his cubicle waiting to go into the show ring
Chanced on your blog as I was doing a search for site dealing with raw dog food. Its become a bigger topic here in the states since we had some tainted commercially produced dog food a few years ago.
Got me to thinking about what I fed my dogs and since then I have gone completely over to raw dog food as the better approach to feeding my animals.
I think you should keep in touch with Kerry, Anthony and Natural Instinct. The switch to a raw food diet has done wonders for my Bennie.
